We are seeking a highly skilled Front of House Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, collaborating with servers, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of menus and specials.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a smile, showcasing attention to detail and efficiency.
- Collaborate with servers to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and state liquor laws.
- Evaluate and maintain quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with relevant experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Flexibility and the ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently or constantly.
- The ability to stand during entire shifts and effectively communicate verbally and written.
