Job Responsibilities/Abilities Required
-Plan research-based instruction for a small group of students based on assessment data for mathematics and reading.
-Assess students' mathematics, reading and writing with a variety of assessment tools
-Provide differentiated instruction through a variety of methods and groupings.
-Monitor student progress by assessing mathematics, reading and writing skills regularly.
-Curriculum will be provided
-Acknowledges personal accountability for decisions and conduct.
-Demonstrates professionalism and contributes to a positive work environment.
-Effectively uses listening, observation, reading, verbal, nonverbal, and writing skills.
-Exhibits consistency, resourcefulness, and resilience.
-Maintains an acceptable attendance record and is punctual

-Prepares accurate and timely paperwork. Verifies and correctly enters data.

This position is open to internal and external applicants. The Instructional program for students is three hours per day Monday through Thursday. In addition teachers will receive one half hour of planning per day. Maximum class size not to exceed 15 students.
