Job Summary: The International Marketing Manager will develop brand identity and product or service value proposition messages to prospective customers and other stakeholders in the global marketplace.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop international marketing & branding strategy including localized messaging and go-to market plan in specified geographical markets.
- Build solid relationships with our current & future partners in order to solicit continual feedback on current initiatives and understand customer needs and perceptions.
- Train international partners on brand messaging and delivering on our brand promise.
- Identify and mentor local marketing specialist to deliver on project goals.
- Collaborate with internal product marketing and sales groups to maximize the product offerings and create compelling, universal positioning and value proposition messages for all products and services.
- Establish global messaging and style guidelines and monitors planning and implementation for activities related to sales, marketing, trade meetings and events with a global audience. Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member
- Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, project management in corporate B2B environment
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, omnichannel B2B marketing campaigns, digital marketing, development of user journey, paid social media, persona creation, and lead generation.
- Work well in cross-functional and cross-national teams and create strong internal partnerships consistently.
- Ability to shape and drive strategy and lead projects and initiatives.
- Experience in content strategy.
- Familiar with graphic, publishing, and web development software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation.
- Effectively determine unmet needs through questions and active listening.
- Established track record for achieving challenging goals and initiating change.
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
