Job Summary: Provides general support for the People & Culture team. This will include initiatives involving the team member experience, talent management, and benefits team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining employee files to ensure that employee files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for processing employee documents requests such as unemployment claims, verification of employment, and requests for letters of credible coverage.
- Creating and processing exit packets.
- Create new hire packets for onboarding
- Assist with engagement initiatives
- Ticket Administration
- Process reimbursement requestions- tuition, loan, and childcare
- Billing Processing
- Support Business Partners with coordination of onsite events for benefits, lunch and learns, and trainings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of Human Resources experience
- Must have analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must have advanced computer and technological skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated: accomplish objectives with minimal oversight.
- Desire to learn: takes advantage of learning opportunities.
- Possess good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws related to key areas of responsibility.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality of confidential records.
