Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Department: People & Culture  

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Reports to: Director of People & Culture

FLSA Class: Non-Exempt

W/C Code: 8810

Safety Sensitive Position: No                                              

Job Summary: Provides general support for the People & Culture team. This will include initiatives involving the team member experience, talent management, and benefits team. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining employee files to ensure that employee files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for processing employee documents requests such as unemployment claims, verification of employment, and requests for letters of credible coverage.
  • Creating and processing exit packets.
  • Create new hire packets for onboarding
  • Assist with engagement initiatives
  • Ticket Administration
  • Process reimbursement requestions- tuition, loan, and childcare
  • Billing Processing
  • Support Business Partners with coordination of onsite events for benefits, lunch and learns, and trainings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Must have analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Must have advanced computer and technological skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated: accomplish objectives with minimal oversight.
  • Desire to learn: takes advantage of learning opportunities.
  • Possess good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws related to key areas of responsibility.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality of confidential records.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
