Kimwell Nursing and Rehabilitation -
Kimwell Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Full Time cook and some dietary aide shifts as well. . This position includes weekends. Experience with therapeutic diets, sanitation procedures, and preparation of meals is required. Under new management, come and join a great team!
RESPONSIBILITIES of Cook :
- Review Menus prior to preparation of food
- Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with establishment policy
- Assume the authority, responsibility and accountability of cook
- Assist in establishing food service production line to ensure meals are prepared on time
- Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing
- Great hourly rate
