The Company
Our Client is an experiential agency and they are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in a FT capacity. This is a an exciting opportunity for a stellar account and client services professional looking to work with one of the leading experiential agencies delivering events and brand experiences for global corporate brands.
The Role
The Account Manager will report to the VP, Accounts, working with key clients and stakeholders across a large portfolio of events including conferences and brand experiences. The role will be responsible for supporting the client and working cross-collaboratively across the company to support the delivery of the event. The Account Manager must have a proven background in event production, account management and client relations within the experiential space and be passionate about driving business and working to ensure the highest level outcome for all clients.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Supporting the accounts team and senior leadership in driving the vision, strategy and direction of the account and ensuring all projects and deliverables are in line with the client's goals and expectations
- Cultivating and managing the day to day client and customer relationships and communications
- Staff management
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (both on-site and remotely) in delivering the event campaign from conception to execution
- Collaborate across company departments (sales, production, creative) to ensure deliverables are in line with clients' goals
- Identifying and understanding objectives for key clients and stakeholders
- Negotiating and securing contracts
- Tracking and managing budgets, schedules and project timelines
- Undertake extensive reporting with clients post event to ensure ROI
- Attend live, virtual and hybrid events to leverage networking opportunities and generate leads
- Stay abreast of competitors and trends in the industry
- Reports to the VP, Accounts.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
