We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Aide to provide exceptional care to our residents in a family-oriented environment. At Kina 'Ole Estate, we prioritize building meaningful relationships and creating a sense of community.
Responsibilities include assisting with Assisted Daily Living, providing engaging activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication administration after training. We also encourage our team members to accompany residents on excursions, promoting socialization and fun experiences.
Suitable candidates will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards residents
- Possess basic knowledge of First Aid and CPR
- Ability to pass a fingerprinting background check
