Job Description: Responsible for inspecting work, ensuring compliance with standards, supervising crews. Job Duties: Ensuring quality control, supervising construction activities, and maintaining safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee Inside plant and outside plant technicians
- Verify trouble tickets in queue are at a manageable quantity utilizing CAIRs or Remedy ticketing system.
- Respond to trouble tickets in-person, via phone call or email within (48) hours.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, ensure concerns are addressed, and ensure services are returned to normal operations.
- Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control Checks on projects that have been completed or are in progress to ensure data or voice services will operate as expected.
- Escalate trouble tickets to next appropriate service tier if unable to address issue within (48) hours after initial contact.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Secret clearance preferred.
