About the team
The Talent Acquisition Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent who embody our commitment to excellence and innovation in supply chain management software. In addition to traditional recruitment methods, our Talent Acquisition Team proactively engages with potential candidates through networking events, industry conferences, and social media platforms. The Talent Acquisition team works with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, to provide market insights to aid recruitment support through sourcing, assessing, and selecting talent that fit role, culture and business requirements within their assigned portfolio.
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for executing the recruitment process for more junior roles in the organization, from the posting of the position to the final offer. They will complete initial screening calls with candidates, providing insight and assessment to hiring managers and recommending next steps, and will make competitive offers to candidates in line with our job evaluation framework and relevant salary data.
What you will do
- Work with hiring managers as a trusted resource, educating them on the recruitment process, interview techniques and selection criteria, and managing the flow and quality of candidates.
- Share and negotiate offer packages with candidates, in collaboration with HR Business partners and hiring managers; Prepare contract extension and conversion letters and share with employees.
- Be an Kinaxis brand advocate through the execution of end-to-end talent acquisition activities and processes to attract top talent within assigned portfolio area.
- Support the implementation of talent acquisition guidelines, tools, and processes that ensure a great candidate experience and the selection of the very best talent.
- Search for candidates from all relevant sources and approach passive candidates when necessary; work with Sourcing Specialist to strengthen the pipeline for key roles
- Seek information through partnership with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and TA Specialists to deeply understand the Business Unit/portfolio, job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and key measures of success
- Balance the priorities of multiple hiring managers while ensuring that exceptional candidate experience is prioritized
- Participate in career fairs and other outreach opportunities to support in creating awareness for Kinaxis; be a brand ambassador through all communications with candidates
- Follow pre-established processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement
Technologies we use
- University Degree, in Human Resources or related field, or relevant equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, recruitment coordination, or similar, preferably in a high-tech, global organization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; Demonstrates ability to think critically when faced with challenges.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business; proactively solicits feedback to ensure alignment.
- A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present information, knowledge, and content with justification.
- Agile and resilient in managing multiple projects with multiple sources of information
- Ability to build rapport and gain support from the business, working in close collaboration with stakeholders.

- Intermediate to advanced skill in LinkedIn, social media, MS Office, HR Systems (Preferably iCIMS, SuccessFactors), Customer Relationship Management, internal Kinaxis tools and resources.
- Experience providing partnership to stakeholders
