Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The behavior technician will work closely with children with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role requires a commitment to improving the lives of those we serve through patient assessment, data collection, and effective communication with families and other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and analyze client data related to behavioral interventions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and guidance on behavioral strategies. .
Experience
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Bonus: Familiarity with behavioral health practices, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Compassion towards children with autism
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
