Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and be committed to providing high-quality care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Duties
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- conduct skill based assessments and FBAs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on effective ABA strategies.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Advocate for individuals with autism, disabilities, and developmental disabilities within the community.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or related conditions is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on patient care.
- A compassionate approach towards clients and their families is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
