High Fidelity is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and three dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured / edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

We are looking for a Cultivation Technician to join our cannabis farm with a state-of-the-art greenhouse and state-of-the-art equipment. You must be able to complete the duties described below.
In this role you will….
- Work indoors, outdoors, and in the greenhouse
o Greenhouse environment temperatures can get upwards of 90-95 degrees with high humidity
