Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finished Product Manager to oversee all operations related to the handling of finished cannabis products at our cultivation facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the secure, compliant, and efficient management of finished product inventory, including entry and exit from the secure vault, compliance with state and local regulations, fulfillment of orders, and coordination with Quality Control (QC) teams.

Key Responsibilities
Vault Management:
• Oversee the storage, security, and inventory of all finished cannabis products within the secure vault.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Implement and maintain best practices for vault organization and security protocols.
Compliance:
• Ensure all finished product operations align with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all product movement, including receipts, transfers, and sales.
• Collaborate with the compliance manager to stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure adherence.
Fulfillment Operations:
• Manage the fulfillment process, including order preparation, packaging, labeling, and manifests.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors in the fulfillment process.
Quality Control (QC):
• Collaborate with QC teams to ensure all finished products meet quality and safety standards.
• Address quality issues promptly, coordinating corrective actions as needed.
• Implement thorough procedures to ensure all outgoing products are free from defects or non-compliance risks.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and develop the fulfillment, and QC teams to meet operational goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, or operations in the cannabis industry or a regulated environment.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of cannabis regulations, inventory tracking systems (e.g., METRC), and quality assurance practices.
• Skills:
o Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Proficiency in inventory software and data management tools.
