What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Childcare Teacher (30-40 Hours) position at Kind Hearts Learning Center?
Kind Hearts Learning Center is a new childcare center located in Fall River, MA and Seekonk, MA! We are looking for full time (roughly 30-40 hrs week) teachers to join our team! Teachers must be a MA EEC certified teacher to qualify or meet the minimum hiring requirements.
Must be available to work a flexible working schedule roughly between the hours of 7am-4:30pm. Shifts could range from 4-8 hrs a day (more hrs if needed).
We are looking to fill a few vacancies for all age groups.

Responsibilities of these positions include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring safety and physical well-being of children.
- Ensuring adherence to all requirements of MA EEC regulations.
- Observing and documenting daily classroom observation logs to aid in compiling monthly classroom room meeting agendas
- Completing 20 hour of continuing education annually
- Creating a positive rapport with all parents through daily interactions
- Emailing, or using our communication app, notifications to parents and maintaining regular correspondence
- Addressing and documenting any concerns or incidents regarding children, parents, and/or staff
- Opening center or closing center at day's end.
- Plan and conduct daily program that meets each child's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs based on our curriculum philosophy
- Any duties assigned to you by the Director or owners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
