What you'll do
This role is responsible for working cross-functionally with Sales & Supply Chain to ensure KIND is successful with each retailer. You will manage customer specific dashboards and reporting requirements, including inventory management and customer scorecards. You will then work with the Sales and Operations teams to effectively meet Customer specific requirements. In this role you will drive best in class service levels by monitoring priority customer programs, including innovation launches and promotional activities.
Must reside in the following states with ability to commute : New York Metro Market (NY, NJ, PA); Bentonville (AR), High Point (NC)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Advanced analytical skills that will create tools to enhance current system reporting to identify gaps and improve work processes.
- Develop collaborative relationships with Sales and assigned Customers to drive improvement of KIND Sales and Operations priorities.
- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing Sales, Forecast, Orders and Inventory both internal and from the customer to identify the best inventory management for on shelf availability.
- Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer demand
- Fully understand the impact of allocation, analyze impacts on demand and communicate to planning while working with Sales to reduce any negative service gaps.
- Communication of Key Customer inventory levels to the organization along with explanation of variables
- Collaborate with the customer on key demand and promotional periods to improve execution at the retail level.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
