What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Assistant Teacher position at Kinder College?
We are looking to hire a Part Time Employee.
8 am - 2 pm pm to help with teachers with activities and cover lunch breaks.
We are looking for a dedicated energetic, motivated staff member to join our team as a teacher's assistant.
Teacher must help implement lesson plans. Most importantly, create a positive environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning! In addition:
- Meeting the individual needs of the children
- Participation in staff and training meetings
- Maintaining an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom
- Create a loving and nurturing environment
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
- Help in planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills
- Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
- Meeting NJ state requirements
- Technology saavy as we us a Portal to communicate with parents
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
