About the Position
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. This role involves providing in-clinic services at our state-of-the-art Winter Park office and in early childcare center settings in Orlando. As a BCBA, you will deliver direct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities and supervise our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments (including Functional Behavioral Assessments) for new clients and re-assessments for ongoing services.
Role of the Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maintain ABA programs in clinic and early childcare settings, ensuring compliance with agency safety guidelines.
- Supervise agency RBTs on assigned cases.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and supervision in accordance with agency policies.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
- Collect and record data accurately and complete treatment notes promptly.
- Adhere strictly to BCBA guidelines and codes of conduct.
- Participate in supervision with a supervising BCBA for 5-10% of total direct hours with each client, provided through Kinder Konsulting.
- Receive supervision and training from experienced clinicians with over ten years at the company, ensuring stability and consistency.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and behavior analysts.
Qualifications Required
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
- Medicaid provider number.
- At least 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy services.
- At least 1 years of supervisory experience.
- Successful background check.
- Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
