Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to provide weekly, 1-hour remote group supervision for LMSWs working toward independent licensure. Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly, 1-hour virtual group supervision sessions for LMSWs.
- Provide guidance on clinical cases, ethical decision-making, and best practices in social work.
- Support supervisees in developing competencies aligned with state licensure requirements .
- Foster a collaborative and supportive group learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance professional growth and clinical skills.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing board supervision requirements .
- Maintain documentation of supervision sessions as required.
