Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Shift Lead Person at our railcar terminal facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, coordinating and directing the activities of assigned employees, and providing guidance and training.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Provide direction and guidance to employees on daily tasks and objectives
">• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
">• Coordinate employee training and development programs
">• Assist in troubleshooting difficulties in all operations
">Requirements:
">• High School Graduate or equivalent
">• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work, and database applications
">• Experience using hand tools performing general maintenance tasks
">• Valid drivers license
">Preferred Qualifications:
">• Prior experience in bulk handling facility
">• Prior supervisory experience
">• Experience operating trucks, loaders, conveyors, excavators, and hydraulic forklifts
">Working Conditions:
">• Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
">• Must be available to respond to call-out assignments
