Required Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
- Must be physically able to use a computer with proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in before and after school activities.
- Implement educational and recreational programs to enhance learning and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Incorporate relevant skills such as tutoring, sports coaching, and behavior management in daily activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
