Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality and Education to conduct regular team meetings, discuss curriculum, share best practices, and address concerns.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum through collaboration with educators, observing and reviewing lesson plans, and ensuring alignment with educational goals.
- Monitor and assess the quality of educational programs, providing constructive feedback to educators and implementing strategies for continuous improvement, adhering to accreditation standards.
