- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements
- State-approved trainer certification (desired)
- 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (desired)
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (desired)
- Compliance with state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and engage in child interactions
- Effective communication in English
