Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child
- Lead and mentor less experienced teachers to ensure consistency in teaching practices
- Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
- Contribute to the development and implementation of center-wide initiatives and policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with families and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- Approved state trainer (preferred)
- 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
