Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Teacher. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and development in children. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, lead and mentor less experienced teachers, and partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of each child
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and colleagues
- Contribute to the center's success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 1 year of childcare experience
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
