Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive learning environment that fosters growth and development
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in accordance with state regulations and standards
- Build strong relationships with center staff, leadership, and families
- Cultivate a culture of inclusivity and respect among children, families, and staff
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- ~ 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
- ~ Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
