**Job Description**
As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring less experienced teachers in your classroom. You will model behaviors and provide feedback, implement KinderCare's curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with KinderCare's curriculum;
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced teachers;

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education;
- 2-3 years experience in early childhood education;
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements;
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
