Job Description:
- Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
- Implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development
- Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- Approved state trainer status is a plus
- 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
