Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and corporate partners to enhance our reputation and increase opportunities for growth.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers and support staff to help them achieve their full potential.
- Monitor site performance and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to address these issues.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a teaching or leadership role, preferably in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
