To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically able to lift 40 pounds, and have a passion for early childhood education. Having an active CDA Credential, meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements, or holding a degree in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.
