- Leads and supervises a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Maintains licensing, safety, and educational standards at the site
- Promotes partnerships with parents and families to provide exceptional care and education
- Cultivates positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
- Develops and implements recruitment and enrollment strategies to attract new families and children to the site
