**Join Our Team as a Lead Teacher**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Lead Teacher. As a Lead Teacher, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement educational programs that support the development of young children.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement educational programs that support the development of young children;
- Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom;
- Model behaviors and provide feedback;
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn;
- Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children;
- Support your center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement;
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education;
- 2-3 years experience in early childhood education;
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements;
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
