Salary Range
The salary for this position is $16.35 - $33.15 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
This Site Director position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our students, families, and communities. As a Site Director, you will lead and supervise a team of educators, leveraging your expertise to create engaging classroom environments that inspire learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Partner with parents and community members to build relationships and foster a sense of community
- Maintain safety and educational standards at the site
- Recruit and enroll new families and children into our programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of teaching experience, with a proven track record of developing and inspiring teams
- An ability to build relationships with families, staff, and community members
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask
- The ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role
