As an Elementary Education Leader at Champions, you will be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. You will be partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district, or buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, leading the way toward inspired learning.
The role requires passion about inspiring children and teachers alike to learn and grow. As an Elementary Education Leader, you will use our nationally recognized curriculum as a framework to create unique and engaging classroom experiences. This involves making your site successful by building relationships with children, families, and your team.
The key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences
- Maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards
- Partnering with parents who share a desire to provide the best care and education for their children
- Cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
- Recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites
This position requires at least one year of teaching experience, a love for children, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be able to build relationships with families and staff, create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand, and have outstanding customer service skills.
