As an Elementary Teacher with KinderCare Learning Companies, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring less experienced teachers in your classroom. You will also model behaviors and provide feedback, implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, and create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
You will partner and connect with parents who share your desire to provide the best care and education for their children. Your role will also involve supporting your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
