This Site Director role is a key part of our leadership team, responsible for leading and supervising a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational experiences to our students, families, and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Partner with parents and community members to build relationships and foster a sense of community
- Maintain safety and educational standards at the site
- Recruit and enroll new families and children into our programs
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of teaching experience, with a proven track record of developing and inspiring teams
- An ability to build relationships with families, staff, and community members
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask
