- A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in early childhood education (preferred)
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- The ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
