You'll lead the way toward inspired learning by:
- Partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district
- Buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up
About the Role
As a Teacher, you will:
- Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
- Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
- Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- Approved state trainer status (preferred)
- 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
