We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Early Childcare Education Teacher. As a member of our team, you'll be directly supporting children and their education every day, while experiencing the rewards and challenges that come with this responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development
- Build strong relationships with parents, families, and community contacts to provide the best care and education for children
- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
