- Proficiency in math concepts appropriate for preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with physical education activities suitable for young children
- Understanding of childcare regulations and best practices
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with special needs
Qualifications:
- Delaware Early Childhood Certification
- Relevant experience working with young children in an educational setting
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
