Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare setting.
- Supervise and engage with toddlers and infants during playtime and learning activities.
- Support the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities that promote early childhood development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Provide first aid and care for children as needed, ensuring their well-being at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Knowledge of infant and toddler care practices
- First aid certification preferred
- Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
