Curriculum and Child Development
- Implement KinderCare’s curriculum, planting the seeds for lifelong learning through intentional, engaging experiences.
- Observe, document, and assess each child's development, helping them reach new milestones.
- Support children’s healthy growth by using best teaching practices rooted in research and experience.
Professionalism
- Show ethical and professional conduct by treating children, families, and co-workers with respect and compassion.

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic learning environment
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with children and families
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors and outdoors, and actively engage with children at their level
