- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for children.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting.
Skills
- Experience in a classroom or daycare setting is essential.
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and behavior management techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Experience in babysitting or nannying can be beneficial for this role.
- A background in working with students or experience in early childhood education is preferred.
