As part of the Center Operations team, the Principal Strategy Program Manager uses critical thinking, organization, and a collaborative approach to build and manage a new margin improvement program. This detail-oriented person develops standards and guidance to engage field leaders to drive optimal results and meet program goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creation and governance of a new margin improvement program in child development centers across the country
- Measure and analyze program results. Develop and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver verbal and written executive communications and presentations conveying complex information clearly and concisely
- Invest in relationships with field leaders to influence behavior change and gain adoption of key initiatives and standards
- Visit centers across the country - 25% - 50% travel to support all KinderCare Learning Center brands to observe, test ideas, and use learnings to inform operational guidance
- 4-year degree preferred or 5 years of collective experience
- Multi-unit management experience in for-profit early childhood education
- Ability to work with people in a positive and professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized and meticulous, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to influence change and engage teams to meet goals
- Experience in leading projects from initiation to completion
- Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate program success
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI)
