Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and social interaction.
- Monitor and assess children's development and behavior, providing support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
- Stay updated on early childhood education best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong background in early childhood education
- Classroom management skills
- Knowledge of child development principles
- Ability to provide nurturing and supportive care
- First aid certification is a plus
- Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is preferred
