What You Will Achieve
Your continuous improvement skills will help us integrate our Lean Operating System (LOS) and the Toyota Production System (TPS) across the organization. Thanks to your knowledge and skills in, Lean principles, DMAIC, Six Sigma tools, the improvement programs will yield results and strengthen the overall business. You will work as a coach and a facilitator for improvement projects as well as monitor performance metrics to measure improvement success.
You will support the (LOS) program by owning project reviews, communications, trainings, certifications, and rewards. You provide guidance and coaching to operational teams to facilitate behavioral changes that improve the business while showing respect for people. Your planning skills will help in providing areas of improvement for products, processes, and services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories of this discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You are expected to be a leader who facilitates personnel development, collaboration, and organizational change.

How You Will Achieve It
- As an individual contributor, you will be supporting the advancement of problem-solving capability throughout our organization while simultaneously leading complex projects.
- Your experience in Toyota Production Systems (TPS), Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management and Kaizen events, DMAIC, Six Sigma Black Belt, and PDCA will help you execute and lead project teams.
- Support the education of site colleagues in Lean Six Sigma principles and Toyota Production Systems (TPS) through leading/facilitating classes, projects, workshops, and coaching/mentoring.
- Support the Lean Operating System; including, system deployment, design, training and coaching of colleagues, maintenance, and evolution to ensure the sustainability of the program.
- Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time, and plan resource requirements for projects.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to define, design, and implement performance measures.
- Deliver continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Lead or support analysis of improvement programs and potential results.
- Coach/facilitate/lead project teams, solve problems, and implement solutions to improve operational performance by applying the appropriate tools.
- Enhance capability of colleagues by coaching and supporting problem solving activities.
- Serve as an expert resource for evaluation and action against assigned measures.
- Support internal and external audits.
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Capability in Lean and Six Sigma tools, 5S, Kaizen events, Toyota Production Systems (TPS), DMAIC, PDCA, 8 Wastes, and/or desire to grow Lean capabilities to further drive Continuous Improvement projects.
- Experience in implementing Toyota Production System (TPS). Must be able to lead TPS rollout..
- Skills to translate and present visualization of data into a format that can trigger action and business decisions such as Value Stream Mapping, Time Series Plots, SPC, Pareto Chart, Fishbone.
- Six Sigma/DMAIC experience and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- 7 years of demonstrated experience with Continuous Improvement, and Lean Tools
- Experience in managing project teams, of varying levels of complexity.
- Proven track record of influencing colleagues in all levels of the organization; prior experience in effectively coaching and mentoring colleagues.
- Understanding and proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Master's degree.
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Demonstrated previous supervisory/management experience in problem solving, decision making, negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge and experience with investigations and compliance-related procedures.
- This role will primarily consist of on-site work.
