Summer Internship Program Details
- Duration : Internships will last up to 12 weeks.
- Meaningful Work : Interns will be assigned impactful projects that align with Kindeva's business objectives.
- Mentorship : Each intern will be paired with an experienced professional, such as a hiring manager or supervisor, who will provide guidance and support throughout the internship.
- Executive & Networking Opportunities : Interns will have the unique opportunity to participate in exclusive events, connecting with executive leadership, alumni, and fellow interns, as well as engaging in professional networking opportunities.
- Professional Development : In addition to their assigned projects, interns will engage in team-building workshops and training sessions covering key topics such as industry trends, drug delivery technologies, project management, and professional growth.
- Community Engagement & Team Building : Interns will take part in community / volunteer engagement initiatives and team-building activities that foster collaboration, leadership skills, and a strong sense of connection within the organization.
