What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asset Performance Manager position at Kindle Energy?
Job Description:
The Director Asset Optimization will report to the Sr. Vice President Asset Optimization and be based in our Princeton, NJ office with a travel requirement of >25% in the domestic United States. This position will play a critical role in supporting business development opportunities through acquisitions, divestitures, major projects, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Develop and lead pro-forma LBO modeling to support acquisition, divestiture, and optimization strategies
- Develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategies to enhance the value of Kindle Energy managed assets
- Identify and execute optimization projects at Kindle Energy managed facilities
- Direct financial and economic analyses with regards to identified optimization projects
- Manage real estate issues at the Kindle Energy managed assets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of Kindle Energy or the Kindle Energy managed assets with various counterparties including partners, customers, and regulatory agencies
