Responsibilities:
The Director Asset Optimization will be responsible for:
- Supporting business development opportunities through acquisitions, divestitures, major projects, and revenue enhancement initiatives
- Developing and leading pro-forma LBO modeling to support acquisition, divestiture, and optimization strategies
- Developing and implementing both short-term and long-term strategies to enhance the value of Kindle Energy managed assets
- Identifying and executing optimization projects at Kindle Energy managed facilities
- Directing financial and economic analyses with regards to identified optimization projects
