Position Summary:

We’re looking for a charismatic, outgoing, and passionate Bartender to join our team. You’ll be the heart of our bar—mixing great drinks, sharing laughs with customers, and creating a welcoming, high-vibe environment. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love making people feel at home, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth, energy, and a genuine smile
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipes or personal flair
• Engage with guests to make personalized drink suggestions
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
• Check IDs and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth
• Memorize drink menus and any specials or seasonal offerings
• Bring your personality to the floor—be memorable, engaging, and professional
• Diffuse tense situations with calmness, confidence, and a sense of humor

What We're Looking For:

• Proven bartending experience (1–2 years preferred, but personality wins)
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and current drink trends
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• A proactive, team-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 21 and possess any required local/state alcohol certifications

Pay: $19.61 - $75.00 per hour
