We are expanding and seeking an additional Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our mission of offering personalized, holistic care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with chronic pain and related conditions.
- Collaborate with behavioral health clinicians to develop integrated treatment plans.
- Educate patients about holistic treatment options, including medicinal cannabis where appropriate.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
- Stay informed on current trends and evidence-based practices in pain management and integrative health care.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Utah Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
- Certification: DEA certification (Required), FNP certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pain management, primary care, or related fields.
- Ability to commute to or relocate near Salt Lake City, UT.
